The latest New York Times/CBS poll shows that the majority of loonies will vote for President Obama in November. The Democratic incumbent received 78% of the loony vote while Mitt Romney received 15%. The remaining 7% were too crazy to choose.
Obama Campaign Manager David Axelrod welcomed the poll results. "Can't say I'm surprised," Mr. Axelrod said. "Democratic candidates have always had an edge when appealing to loonies. We embrace all voters, even the insane. These millions of wack jobs will give the President a comfortable margin for victory in November. Thanks, crackpots."
Romney supporter Domingo Needlebaum said he prefers a President who believes he'll get his own planet when he dies. "That's my kind of thinking," Mr. Needlebaum explained while drooling. "I also like converting dead people from other religions and sacred underwear."
